Special City Council Meeting

7:30 p.m.

A special meeting was called by Mayor Robert Hoffman on written request of 3 council members for the object and purpose of discussing personnel complaint.

Present: Mayor Robert Hoffman

Council members present: Todd Lumpkin, Brenda Loyd, Rhonda Gibson, Tracy Atchison, Linda Roth

City employees present: City Clerk Wanda Jameson, City Superintendent Harold Holsman

Visitors present: Everett Smith, John Schoenberger, George Campbell, Dick Bretton, Hilda Weems, Lynn Stockman, Jerry Crawford, Bruce Stockman, Judy Stockman, Loyd Dick, Layton Walters

Meeting called to order at 7:30 p.m.

Gibson moved, Lumpkin seconded to call executive session for the discussion of personnel matters for 15 minutes. Motion carried 5-0

Leon Lutgen, Betty Lou Lutgen entered.

Meeting resumed at 7:46 p.m.

Letters of support for current employees were submitted to council.

Mayor Hoffman opened the meeting to public comments.

Mayor Hoffman reported no action will be taken on issues discussed.

Loyd moved, Roth seconded to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 5-0

Meeting Adjourned 7:50 p.m.
